are stainless steel heat exchangers built to retrofit most of the old commercial tobacco curing barns from direct fired to indirect fired barns

Heat exchanger retrofits are made with high quality heavy gauge Stainless Steel , following the manufacturing philosophy & principles of the VCU®.

They have precisely designed combustion chamber flattened smoke tubes & double smoke collectors to increase as much as possible their heated surface & efficiency.

All our heat exchanger retrofits have larger Heat Exchange surface & Efficiency than any other Unit of similar size.

Combined with VV’s recommended burner settings our heat exchanger retrofits are exceeding 80%Gross efficiency (~90 % Net)

They may be delivered with or without pressure burner, with or without casing & side insulating panels , Curing Controls & with different smoke stacks according to the barn’s design.
