WB-012 RH% interface is designed to retrofit the VK 981(A) & Honeywell ™T775M2048 controls which are measuring Wet bulb temperature with a wet wick sensor to dry Relative humidity sensor .
WB-012 RH% Interface includes an RH% display and a dry RH% sensor .
The interface can be connected through a 2 wire cable on the old control’s W.B terminals and retrofits the old W.B. Wet wick sensor to dry Relative humidity sensor. (ask for WB-012 wiring manual) .
It is designed to replace the classical wet bulb sensor (sensor wrapped in a wet wick) with a dry humidity sensor that does not need any wet wick .
Controls retrofitted with the WB-012 Interface are now showing RH % on interface’s display and the Wet bulb temp. on the control’s display.
They keep controlling the damper servomotor’s operation through the W.B. control .
Vencon WB-012 RH% interface is made with high RH Interfacequality material and is equipped with a humidity sensor with condensation filter built in , ~2% accuracy , resisting temperature of up to 185 degrees F .
Vencon RH interface is powered with 12 Volts AC or DC and reads the relative humidity on it’s display . Since it is working parallel with a dry bulb sensor in the barn ( the ΔΤ sensor), RH interface translates the RH & DB readings to Wet bulb reading and displays the Wet bulb temperature on the VK 981(A) display.
When connected to VK 981(A) Wet bulb’s terminals ,VK 981(A) control reads Wet bulb temperature on it’s wet bulb display and operator keeps controlling the Wet bulb temperature with the W.B. control as he is used to.
